Dave played for the New Orleans Saints in the 1970s. After stepping out of the NFL he had a near fatal accident that ultimately led to his developing the fit10™ Ten Minute Fitness Program.
He was motivated to get fit again after he read an article titled, “The average lifespan of an ex NFL athlete is only 53 years of age.” He beat those odds. Today, in his mid 60s, Dave is a living example of the fitness concepts and principles he teaches, and the 10-minute workout he still does habitually.
In the 90s Dave began doing health and fitness presentations for corporate America. He traveled extensively, educating and motivating busy business professionals to take better care of their most valuable asset – their body.
Dave has been featured many times on radio and television. He has been shaping and teaching his patented fit10 program for over 30 years.
Dave and his wife Melinda live in Marietta, Georgia and have two adult children, and three grandchildren.
